SR1913 和 nextchip NVP2610 超級比一比

好久沒有注意ic的零組件市場,

聽說Nextchip 出了一顆 NVP2610,  用在車用攝影機，可以做到 18mm x18mm


18mm x18mm在車用領域以許很小...

但我還有做到更小的!!

最近拿SR1913 去做內視鏡攝影機,做到 4.8mm 的直徑!!



如果車用的18mm x18mm是很小的話, 那麼 4.8mm的寬度 應該算是細菌了吧...

如果您是做內視鏡 蛇管的廠商,
應該都有聽過  三洋  SANYO LC822973-04V-TBM-GBE

這顆會這麼有名，是因為他的寬度只有4mm
如果拿去做直徑5.5mm大小的內視鏡，是足夠的!



但是很可惜，三洋 SANYO LC822973-04V-TBM-GBE
 早在2008 年就停產, 現在廠商使用的大多是用他的庫存貨


除了DATE CODE  太久 ，那也就算了,

這顆ic 的庫存也快要沒有了...


SR1913 :全世界最小的 CVBS output (tv out)  video encoder 用在內視鏡 內窺鏡 工業蛇管 ，取代三洋  SANYO LC822973-04V-TBM-GBE



目前市面上的 TV OUT encoder 一籮筐,

但是他們的設計只主要是針對於消費性的市場,

沒有人為了工業檢測或是安全監控 市場專門開一顆像樣的IC



這顆ic主要是針對於,工業檢測攝影機 ( endoscope / snake camera ), 直徑5.5mm 的dimension以下的攝影機



↓目前這類的攝影機，鏡頭的直徑大多是在 5.5mm 以上, 主要卡在tv out encoder 的體積限制!

SR1913 他的體積大小只有 3.6mm ,

這樣做出來的攝影機，理論上可以到4.6mm 的直徑寬度

除此之外,還有 Frame buffer,

不管前面CMOS sensor吐出 幾張畫面   N  介於  1~30 , 都可以順利轉成CVBS

如果在低召度時候，可以控制sensor 吐出比較低的 frame rate,

如此,曝光度就會拉高！





  


SR1913 可以吃1M  的ITU.656 的訊號進來,

由於解析度夠高，但是輸出的CVBS 大概就是720x480,

可以利用這一點做到e PTZ  不會有馬賽克的!




還有一些奇奇怪怪功能, 比如魚眼修正，OSD, keystone 修正, muti widnows,

目前業界主要是用 SANYO LC822973 這一顆tv out encoder 去做 endoscope snake camera

但是SANYO LC82973 早在2008 八月已經停產

使用的ic 都是庫存貨，date code超過五年了!!!!

360度魚眼修正技術應用於蛇管攝影機( snake camera)

蛇管攝影機 (snake camera) 算是CCTV 類比攝影機的另外一個工具類產品的應用

他的頭端是攝影機，然後透過CVBS 可以傳輸距離遠的特性,

做成管狀的樣子,延伸至後端的手持式螢幕。

I had tested the WIFI Borescope endoscope camera (wifi snake camera).

I will compare with  WIFI Borescope endoscope and FEBON230  small wifi AP.

The product is divided two parts.

1. camera side is CVBS output.

2. compression module is  Multimedia main module + interface board with USB wifi dongle

1. camera side is CVBS output

   How can we know it is CVBS output?

   1.1All of Borescope endoscope on website is 640X480 resolution.

        I CAN NOT see the 1280X720  

   1.2  It use the " video decoder TW9900 "

       It means the camera is CVBS output.

   1.3   So, It will face the issue  problem of  " CVBS transfer  Digital" as below


       Comb filter:
 
         TW9910 is a cheap video decoder, it can not YC separate!

          This color means Moiré

   If  add the 3D comb filter , the video will as below

      De-interlace

       it is not  3D de-interlace! It just smooth it!

This solution divide three parts

2.1  Multimedia main board.
2.2  interface board
2.3 wifi usb dongle with antenna

Let compare with  FEBON230  UVC WIFI small AP card. 

The size is only  25mm x 35mm

   The purpose of the interface board will provide the power to main board and transfer the CVBS video  signal to interlace ITU.656

  This solution is hard to change to the mega pixel  resolution.

  This is NOT technical  issue...  The F/W  support is very very heavy...

  For example, which sensor  can use, which resolution can use , which color parameter can use

  The condition  is too much~~

FEBON 230 is PIFA ANTENNA. The PIFA is very very cheap and performance is  also good


 No extra  wifi usb dongle! 

The size is very small!!!  25mm x35 mm
