Compatible list of UVC device working on Android

1. NOT all of android phone can let uvc device work
2. USB of Android phone divided three format 2.1 micro usb ( USB2.0)
It can not cahrge phone and livestreaming at the same time
you can use Micro usb line with charge line
it will provide power for uvc grabber card device
but, it is not charge for android phone
2.2 Type C usb ( USB2.0)
It can not cahrge phone and livestreaming at the same time
some cheap type C phone is not real USB3.0

This performance is the same as micro usb android phone

If your android main chip is Mediatek chipset or HiSilicon,
your android phone CAN NOT accept UVC DEVICE
for example:
Most of MTK chipMediatek MT6752 , Mediatek MT6795M Helio X10 and etc.... -> can not let uvc device work
RockChip、Allwinner、Intel platform. ->. can not let uvc device work
